Some of my fondest memories are sitting with my grandma, sweating over a bowl of noodles, bonding through the burn. That deep, rich chili oil flavor stayed with me—and years later, I realized something was missing: a truly authentic Chinese-style chili oil made with clean ingredients.

So I made one myself.

At first it was just for friends. Then they started asking for jars. And more jars. And more. Eventually, I took a leap—started cooking at home, refining the recipe, and launching a side hustle I never knew I needed.
